從ebay 買到有問題的貨品該如何處理?

    賣家早兩晚email 了給我:

    Please tell me what you would like to do about Nikon camera. Total refund or partial refund. Sorry about delay in getting back with you and sorry about defective camera.. Let me know.

    病了兩天, 所以剛剛才經paypal 的調解回覆了. 重申要求全數退款加上寄回給他的運費. 以及提醒他為了保障雙方, 請經paypal 來跟我聯絡.

    又要等他回覆了.

    感謝各網友的指教, 著實令我安心不少

    p.s. 但paypal 的refund request 只能要求不多於原有的金額, 不能要求比原有金額多(就是運回美國給賣家的費用)

    收到PayPal的Refund後, 要賣家把運費Paypal給你, 再寄回給他.

    賣家一直沒有回應, 所以剛剛開始了paypal claim, 由paypal 裁決了.
    submit 了paypal claim 後, paypal 的流程裡提到, after reviewed by paypal, The seller or PayPal may decide to grant a full refund to the buyer if the merchandise is returned. Once delivery is confirmed and the refund is processed, the case is closed.

    又回到老問題, 這個full refund 說的該是我已付出的金錢. 那我又要再付出的return shipping 呢? :mad:
    現階段我又好像不能問到paypal 那邊. 唯有先等paypal 的裁決了 :(

    噢, 剛剛再看一次. 有誤會到一點點.
    現在的狀態是"awaiting other party's response.

    如果賣家十日之內沒有回應, 錢就直接存回應得的一方 (如無意外, 即是在下)

    如果賣家在這十日之內提出不滿及證據, paypal 就會再向我要資料, 之後才會有上一個post 說的paypal review, return item 等流程.

    希望賣家十日不回應, 錢直接退回給我, 而我也不用花時間再把那破相機寄回美國吧. 很爛的賣家 :mad:

    終於完結了. 剛收到paypal 的email內容如下. 大概是賣家真的10天內都沒有回應, 所以paypal 直接全數退款給我. 也沒有要求我寄回商品. 對paypal 的信心馬上增加不少.

    再一次感謝以上各網友的關心及意見

    We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
    favour.

    We were able to recover $152.50 USD, and this amount has been credited to
    you. Please allow five working days for this adjustment to be posted.

    If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
