長年踩大鼓踩下來,我發現我的膝蓋漸漸不行了,會有風濕還是痛風什麼的搞不清楚 總之膝蓋很不舒服,騎車吹風,天冷,下雨等都會不舒服 沒事隨時隨地都要伸展伸展一下(會有喀喀聲),真慘....我還年輕耶 怎麼感覺膝蓋的軟骨都磨損光了, 唉......我才20多歲,就已經在吃維骨力了 到底是不是我自己施力不當,不知道有沒有跟我一樣的人 因為怎麼想抬腿踩一定會振到膝蓋阿,一定會吃到一些力的吧 這問題困擾我很久了,這次剛好有機會,懇請各位指點解惑 (媽呀......這樣子要怎樣打一輩子阿,難不成跟運動員一樣是有壽命的阿)
Don't worry,you are no the only one!I have this this problem long time ago,and trying to seek for "treatment"many ways!Finally,I got this "Great & Free"idea from one Chinese book which I bought it at Chinese Bookstore!Hmmmmm.......I know it's very very very diffcult to tell people,friends about this Matter,They will think you are "Crazy".But....I so use to it,and it help many of my friends.The matter is........drink your own "Urine"....Yes!!...I'm very serious....it 100% works.Me & all my friends who serious suffer back-pain,leg pain they all fully recover now.Please go to the Book store and get the book about "URINE-CURE" and read it first....if you believe...than try(I have to tell you,it's no easy!!!!!).But it 100% works!!!I always share this "Old Chinese Mathod"to my drummer's friends.It's good to see your friend(drummer)strong & healthy,and enjoy playing the drums!!!
首先坐姿要端正,以免脊椎側彎、變形。背與腰的傷害都是由此造成。 打鼓與練習時間不宜使力過當、過久,記得休息,以免肌肉拉傷。 長時間練習、表演記得戴耳塞,以免重聽。 另閒聊版唬爛王的話不能聽,那裡是他編寫劇本的練習區。
HaHaHa......!!! that's why I told you.It take "Great Courage"to do it.I suffer from left knee problem(accident from mountain bike many year ago!).Mine is very very serious,it get painfull after playing gigs,I have to take a very strong "Pain Killer".And my doctor says I have to go for operation.When one of my friend's father told about this "old"method.I says the same thing"What!drink urine,I better go & DIE!!!!".Doctor says,if I go for my knee operation.I may have to stop playing drum awhile plus other sports!!Hey!this is no good man!!You see,when you have don't choice,You just have to try the "Last"method!!!I'm glad I did it,so do my other drummer friend.You still young,wait until you reach 40.....hehehe!!!That why,I suggest you read more about Urine-Cure before you.............hehe....you know what I mean.
You most well come.Good News is,we(drummer/sport friends)are all fully recover now(Don't even have to take doctor's medicine).I still go joking with my wife every day.Saturday & Sunday I go for my Mountain Bike and Hill climbling sports.My left knee are now stronger ,no pain at all.One of my old friend,he is a Badminton Player.He injured his both kneel.He have to use "Stick"to walk,he cry when he talk to me,because he love Badminton so much,but can't play now(When you watch other people joyfully enjoy the game,and you.....!!!I think you know his feeling!)when I pass the "Urine-Cure"book for him to read.......????.....You don't believe this!!!He is back to the Badminton game now.Whenever he saw me,he sure bring me for "Drink TEA".Because I ever help him,But I told him.Is he, himself help him!Please get more infromation before you wanted to do something.I go throught that suffer many year.That's why,when ever I have the change.I wanted to help people/drummers!!!(Please take good care of yourself,the drum world need YOU!!!!)
Thanks for the good advice!Hmmmmm.....I have to says SORRY to every one(drummers)here.Because I'm the one who voice out and sharing this"CRAZY"healing method!may be some of you find it "uneasy"after reading this.This is a Good/best web for drummer to share...may be the moderator can help me to delete that page if you think it is necessary! 喔 喔~~~ 黑死鼓手才需要姿勢正確吧~~~ 那麼快的速度那麼強的punch 還要持續那麼久的時間 沒有良好的姿勢根本辦不到吧~~ 看看Derek Roddy的影片就知道啦! 他的姿勢可能比很多知名鼓手還漂亮呢~~
